About reservation (individual reservation)

Could you tell me how to make a reservation?

Reservations can be made online from the hotel’s official website. Reservations can also be made by e-mail or telephone, but it may take some time for us to reply to your inquiry. Prices and benefits are different from online reservations.

When should I make a reservation for a late-night flight arriving early in the morning?

If you plan to arrive at Saipan early in the morning after 12:00 midnight and want to use the room immediately, you will need to make a reservation from the day before. If there is no reservation from the previous day, check-in time will be after 3:00 pm as usual. Please note that we do not have a space where you can wait until check-in time.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

If you have made a reservation from this website, please select “Change/Confirm/Cancel Reservation” from [Reservation/Vacancy Search] to change or cancel your reservation. If you made a reservation by phone, please contact us by phone or the inquiry form.

Where can I confirm my reservation?

If you made a reservation from this website, you can check your reservation details by selecting “Change/Confirm/Cancel Reservation” from [Reservation/Vacancy Search] and entering your name. After completing the reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address, so please check it. In addition, we will inform you of the reservation number on the screen displayed after the reservation is completed.

When does the cancellation fee start?

It depends on the reservation route, plan details, and the time of reservation. Please check your reservation confirmation email. Depending on the plan, a cancellation fee may be charged at the time of reservation.

Where can I find room availability?

You can check from “Check room availability” on the top page.

I will be arriving on a late-night flight. Can I check in at midnight?

The front desk is open 24 hours a day. If your reservation is made on the previous day (departure date from China), you can only check in at midnight. If your reservation date is your arrival date, you can only check in at 3 pm.

Can I upgrade my room?

We may be able to guide you depending on hotel availability. Additional charges will be announced on the day, so please check at the front desk.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Are connecting rooms possible?

It is a request base and not a guarantee.

How many people can the room accommodate?

Up to 4 people per room (2 adults, 2 children sharing a bed). By adding an extra bed, it can accommodate up to 3 adults and 2 children sharing a bed. However, the capacity of the large garden view rooms is different.

Is it possible to request a king bed?

Please request a king bed in the remarks column when booking. *Not guaranteed. Guest rooms are usually set up with two twin-sized beds.

Can we use Chinese electrical appliances in Saipan?

The voltage of Symbian is 110 volts, and the voltage of China is 220 volts, which requires a converter and a conversion plug to be used.

Please tell me the shape and voltage of the outlet.

The voltage of Symbian is 110V60Hz. The shape of the socket is different from that in China. The hotel will provide a converter plug.

Can I smoke on the balcony?

Smoking is prohibited on the balcony. Please use the smoking area in the hotel.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

All guest rooms are non-smoking.

Do you have pajamas?

Bathrobes are provided in the room.

Regarding the restaurant

Can I make restaurant reservations?

Advance reservations can be made online from the hotel’s official website.

Can arrange to pick me up from another hotel?

Complimentary transportation from major hotels is available. Valid for Sunset Beach BBQ dinner show and weekend dinner buffet.

Do you have a birthday service (free)?

If you eat at the hotel restaurant, we will prepare a cake service for your birthday. Please make a request at the time of booking.

Is it possible to arrange a whole cake for a fee?

Is there a service charge or tax?

A 10% service charge will be added to your bill at the restaurant.

Is there a dress code?

We do not have a special dress code, but please refrain from visiting us in swimwear.

About airport transfer

Can you arrange airport transfers?

Advance reservation is required. Please let us know your flight number, arrival/departure time, and number of people at least 3 days before your arrival in Saipan.

Where is the waiting area for airport transfers?

            At the arrival gate of Saipan Airport, our staff will be waiting for you with a signboard with your name on it.

Beach/Pool/Activities

Do you have rental bath towels?

There is a free rental at the poolside

Do you rent life jackets and floats?

There is a free rental of life jackets at the poolside, but the number is limited.

Are there any activities that I can participate in for free?

There are activities that you can participate in free of charge (yoga class, water aqua Zumba, etc.). The schedule is available at the front desk.

Can I do marine activities on the beach in front of the hotel?

Please book at the front desk and we will show you the types and schedules of water activities.

Where can I make massage reservations?

Please contact us from the inquiry form. Alternatively, please let the front desk know when you check-in

Is it possible to arrange transfers from other hotels?

If you would like to use the pick-up service, please inform us at the time of booking the name and date of the hotel where you need to be picked up.

Can I have a massage while pregnant?

Please let us know when you make a reservation.

Do you have bed guards for rent?

You can rent it for free. Please let us know when you make a reservation. Due to the limited number, we do not guarantee advance reservations.

Do you have stroller rentals?

We lend them for free, but the number is limited.

What type of stroller?

This is a simple stroller that can be used while sitting.

Do you have a baby bed for rent?

We lend them for free, but the number is limited. Please make a request at the time of booking.

Could you put a microwave in the room?

Please ask the restaurant staff if you would like to heat the baby food

Is there a hot water pot in the room?

There is a hot water pot in each room.

Do you have a garbage bin for diapers, a booster toilet seat, and amenities for children?

Sorry, we do not have one.

Can I ask for a daycare center or a babysitter?

We do not provide childcare or babysitting services.

I forgot something at the hotel, what should I do?

Please contact us via the inquiry form or by phone. If you let us know your accommodation schedule, room number, and details of what you forgot, we will reply within 3 business days.

Do you have staff who can speak Japanese, Korean and Chinese?

We have multi-lingual staff available at the Front Desk.

I would like to send a gift/message to the guests who are planning to stay. Is it possible?

You can send gifts and messages to your guests. Champagne, red wine, gift wrap, and more can be arranged (for a fee). Please consult us for details.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

There is no convenience store within walking distance. You can purchase light meals, snacks, drinks, and simple daily necessities at the hotel shop.

Where can I find the timetable for the free shuttle bus?

Please inquire at the front desk.

Do you have a coin laundry? Do you sell detergent?

There is an installation. The washing machine and dryer use fee is $2.00. Detergent is sold at the store.

Can I watch international TV programs?

We have channels available in English, as well as some Japanese, Korean and Chinese.

Can you lend me a wheelchair?

We lend them for free, but the number is limited.

Where can I use free WiFi?

Guest rooms, lobby, restaurant, poolside, etc. can be used free of charge.

Do you have desks for car rental companies?

We do not have a rental car desk. Our front desk will be happy to assist you with your reservation.

Can I apply for an optional tour locally?

It is possible. Please inquire at the front desk.
